First, it offers UV protection: it can block over 90% of UV rays, preventing direct UV radiation from damaging car seats, instrument panels, and other interior components, slowing down aging, fading, and cracking, and extending the service life of the interior. Second, it enhances privacy: side window sunshades made with aluminum-plated film have a certain light-blocking effect, preventing outsiders from peeping into the car and improving in-car privacy and security. Additionally, aluminum-plated film is lightweight and flexible, making sunshades easy to fold and store without taking up much in-car space. It also has strong weather resistance, maintaining stable performance in harsh conditions such as high temperatures and intense sunlight, and is not prone to aging or damage.
    When purchasing auto sunshades with aluminum-plated film, several key points should be noted to ensure optimal performance. First, check the quality of the aluminum-plated layer: high-quality aluminum-plated film has a uniform and dense aluminum layer with high reflectivity, which can be judged by observing the sunshade’s surface gloss—uniform gloss without mottling indicates better quality. Second, consider the composite structure: choose the appropriate composite material based on the application scenario. For front windshields, prioritize "aluminum-plated film + thick buffer layer"; for side windows, a lightweight composite structure is suitable. Third, verify size compatibility: ensure the sunshade accurately matches the size of the car’s glass to fully cover it and avoid light leakage that impairs heat insulation. Fourth, assess environmental friendliness: high-quality aluminum-plated film uses eco-friendly base materials and plating processes, is odorless, and does not release harmful gases at high temperatures, safeguarding in-car air quality.
