VMPET extrusion with printing is a production process that combines metalized polyester film (VMPET) with printing technology. This process is mainly used to manufacture films with special functionalities, such as packaging, labeling, insulation materials, etc. VMPET film usually consists of two layers: one layer is PET substrate, and the other layer is metal coating. Extruding PE which stands for extruding polyethylene , can achieve PE layer adhesion through heating. Common metal coatings include aluminum or aluminum coated polyester film.
